PSR Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse to take on the role of Overnight Nursing Supervisor, responsible for overseeing multiple care facilities in various locations.

Key Details of the Overnight Nursing Supervisor Position:

  • 38.5 hours per week, working on a flexible rolling rota during night shifts
  • Competitive hourly rate of £28.00, translating to an annual salary of up to £56,056

As an Overnight Nursing Supervisor, you will be tasked with managing, monitoring, and ensuring the delivery of both clinical and personal care across the services you are assigned to.

Your role will involve providing effective leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, ensuring that all care documentation is current and meets the needs of residents.

This position is particularly suited for a Clinical Lead who is accustomed to working on a temporary basis, offering a variety of experiences and flexibility, along with enhanced pay rates due to the nature of the role.

Requirements for the Overnight Nursing Supervisor:

  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience within the UK
  • Willingness to work a variety of shift patterns and cover shifts on short notice due to staff absences
