Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with their mobility and transfer needs.
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • A driving license or access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
