About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team at McCann Worldgroup Deutschland GmbH. As a Creative Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Strategic and Creative functions for our Birmingham operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, ensuring both senior and junior talent is utilised appropriately
  • Build strong relationships with business and project management leads
  • Highly organised and disciplined managing the project schedules
  • Monitoring team profitability, freelance budget management and completion of timesheets
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the freelance market across many existing and new skillsets building relationships
