About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our team at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious and leading developer and apartment/house seller, offering a challenging and rewarding role in the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively work within a group of business development professionals, selling properties, developments, and lifestyles.
  • Manage all aspects of the sale through to completion, inspiring others in the team to develop and achieve sales.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, built on empathy and friendliness.
  • Manage a database of prospects, track sales, and marketing activity, identify areas for growth, and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
  • Experience in new home sales, new property sales, new development or apartments sales, selling off plan.
  • Business development, customer service, and sales experience gained within a customer-facing, B2C role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to potential buyers.
  • Commercial acumen and good sales track record.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
What We Offer

A generous salary plus bonus and excellent benefits, c £30,000 - £45,000 OTE.
