Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Consultant Psychiatry team, you will play a vital role in supporting our improvement and transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical leadership and care across all our Mental Health Specialities.
- Support the Trust in its ongoing journey of transformation by bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in education, training, and research opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support with housing costs and relocation assistance of up to £8,000.
- Pension alternative contribution policy.
- NHS Leadership and Development opportunities, including the chance to become a Medical Appraiser.
- Educational, training, and research opportunities.
- Twice-yearly Medical Leadership Development Day.
- At least 2.5 SPAs (pro-rata).
