Senior IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at SoCode Limited. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, investigating and resolving complex support incidents, and delivering first-class IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide 3rd line technical support to clients through various methods, including phone, email, and remote desktop
* Investigate and resolve complex support incidents across multiple technologies, including Windows, Microsoft, and Cloud-based products
* Collaborate with the Helpdesk Team to ensure seamless support delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their IT needs are met

**Requirements**

* Previous experience working at 3rd line support
* Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server, O365, Active Directory
* Understanding of Cyber Security
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* MSP experience is desirable
