Job Title: Physiotherapist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team within the Rehabilitation and Recovery ward. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mental health, particularly in inpatient environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients with diverse needs, including neurodegenerative conditions and complex mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychology and occupational therapy professionals.
  • Manage an independent caseload while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor Student Physiotherapists, fostering their professional development.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant outcome measures to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a recognized Physiotherapy Degree (BSc/MSc) and be registered with the HCPC. Evidence of continuing professional development, particularly in mental health services, is highly desirable.
