Physiotherapist - Case Management (Bristol)

Location: Bristol

Type: Temporary

We are seeking a clinically qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our network as an Associate Clinical Case Manager on a self-employed basis.

Bush & Co is one of the UK's leading expert witness, immediate needs assessment and case management and rehabilitation services. Our Associate Clinical Case Managers support some of the most vulnerable children, young people and adults following life-changing injuries such as acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries and more.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a case load of clients through their rehabilitation.
  • Leading on assessment in the home and their rehabilitation and goal setting.
  • Managing all administration in relation to cases, including sending instructions to third parties and writing and reviewing reports.

As an Associate Clinical Case Manager, you will be responsible for putting plans in place based on the client's needs for a successful rehabilitation with clear, manageable goals. You will implement the plans alongside the client, including the parent or carer of children and young people, and coordinate the relevant care and support.
