About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Network Teams (INT) in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional community-based therapy, improving quality of life for service-users, and committed to rehabilitation in a home environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial holistic assessments, implement, and evaluate programmes of care for patients who are acutely and chronically unwell.
  • Use clinical reasoning skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred intervention programmes using an evidence-based practice approach, promoting high quality and harm-free care.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with service users, carers, and family in identifying achievable goals as part of the overall care plan to maximise quality of life and independence.
  • Maintain accurate, informative, and legal records.
  • Actively participate in training and identify risks to minimise risk to self, colleagues, and service users.

Person Specification
  • BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Recent relevant experience within the community setting.
  • Working with a range of professionals in health or social care.
