Job Summary

The Customer Insight Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insights to help drive business decisions and allow us to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing ad hoc customer analysis at speed to answer strategic business questions
  • Automating the creation of aggregated data tables to be used in regular reporting
  • Creating and maintaining data products that enable stakeholders to self-serve data

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role that follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our office for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Experienced at coding in both Python and SQL
  • Experienced in the use of data visualization techniques
  • Able to produce content that is both engaging and aesthetically pleasing
  • Experienced in presenting data and tailoring delivery to stakeholder needs
  • Experienced in creating and deploying machine learning models
  • Able to communicate complex data in a clear and concise way
  • Experience in data engineering and data architecture principles
  • Experience in product and project management techniques
