Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Willow Bank Residential Home. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and developing our care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Contribute to the development of our care team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our Head of Care and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our care home.
  • Manage medication and administrative tasks, including the creation of care plans and the coordination of care staff.

Requirements

  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Medication trained.
  • Able to use initiative and problem-solve.
