About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Heathlands Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Support the recruitment and training of new Care Assistants
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
