£26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours:
Monday to Friday, totalling 45 working hours per week
Shifts available:
6:00am - 4:00pm, 7:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 6:00pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day)

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Warranty and Costing Department. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with numbers and have experience in credit control. You will receive comprehensive training and support from a team member to help you succeed in your position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process daily customer, warranty, and R&M invoices/claims according to company and manufacturer policies.
2. Investigate and resolve customer warranty queries and rejections.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer, warranty, and R&M invoices/claims, ensuring proper filing of relevant documentation.
4. Assist in resolving customer non-payment issues as needed.
5. Support the department by answering phone calls to uphold customer service standards.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills relevant to the role.
7. Provide assistance to management to ensure efficient operation of the department.
