Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Global nominee records
  • Working with data files
  • Processing of customer instructions
  • Resolution of customer enquiries
  • Delivering key administration task events

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn our systems and products
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience within a customer service environment preferred
  • A good working knowledge of Excel is important
