Lead Salesforce Consultant Opportunity

Fynity is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead our projects and deliveries. As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in managing projects across the full project lifecycle, overseeing junior team members, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run discovery and conduct gap analysis on requirements
  • Write user stories and process maps
  • Configure and build Salesforce solutions, including out-of-the-box functionality and technical development
  • Liaise with stakeholders, produce status reports, and manage project budgets
  • Develop and maintain strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership experience and Salesforce certifications
  • Excellent techno-functional skills, including Apex development and integration
  • Flexibility to travel to Fynity's office in London and Surrey, with remote work options available
