Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, leveraging your technical skills to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, managing risks and issues along the way
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration
  • Flexibility to travel to our London office and occasional trips to Surrey
