Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and reduce waiting times.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and efficient data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and experience.
- Work closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
