Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding sales results.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services and actively seek to improve your knowledge of our new ranges.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, including bagging, boxing, or wrapping packages carefully.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandiser with store displays and maintain the standards of the showroom.
  • Actively approach customers to advise them on the best solutions to suit their needs.
  • Assist the management team in any ad hoc operational requirements and ensure company standards of performance are followed at all times.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and passionate about interior design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with people.
  • Strong desire to maximize earning potential.
  • Proven 2 years of sales experience in a similar background; furniture experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Well-presented and suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
  • Competent in the use of computer systems.
