Process Improvement Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Hyster-Yale Material Handling, Inc. in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for deploying overall quality and improvement techniques to deliver initiatives that meet the Voice of the Customer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of projects to drive business improvement and quality enhancements.
  2. Develop and coach Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt project teams to achieve process excellence.
  3. Collaborate with functional leaders to prioritize and execute business improvement projects.
  4. Train and coach Six Sigma coaches to develop problem-solving capabilities across the business.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university.
  2. Experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment using dedicated software.
  3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence functional leaders and prioritize business improvement projects.
  4. Customer-focused with a strong aptitude for quality and establishing priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. Coaching certification.
  2. Black Belt certification with supporting project experience.
