Postdoctoral Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join our team at Oxford Brookes University. The successful candidate will work on a mixed-methods study exploring the views and experiences of never smokers with lung cancer.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct and deliver a systematic review, online survey, and interviews and focus groups with never smokers, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify the informational, care, and support needs of never smokers with lung cancer and develop recommendations for best practice.
- Work closely with the project team and collaborators to implement and manage the project.
- Coordinate the qualitative interview and focus group phase of the study, recruiting participants, and collecting, analysing, and evaluating data.
- PhD in a relevant field or close to completion.
- Experience of qualitative and/or mixed-methods health or social care research.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage workload and work as part of a team.
