We're seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving our C-Suite team to various locations within the UK. When driving is not required, you will ensure that all cars within the fleet are maintained to the required standards and fit for road use.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and our office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Drive the C-Suite team to various locations within the UK, working closely with the C-Suite Support Office to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

• Ensure all Forseven cars, whether in a fleet or pool, are taxed and road legal.

• Complete any required administration for registration/de-registration of fleet or pool cars.

• Maintain a log to track employees using fleet or pool cars.

• Produce a monthly report to share with management showing car mileage.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Competent driver with a full clean UK driving license.

• Experience in administration of fleet/pool cars.

• Understanding of vehicle compliance for road use.

• Good communication skills to converse with all levels of the business.
