About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host at our Swansea dealerships. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome, promoting professionalism and the family-run feel of the Sinclair Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a presence at the reception desk at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Answer all calls swiftly and courteously, directing them to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Liaise closely with sales and aftersales departments, ensuring customers are being attended to promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Computer skills are essential, with the ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills, with a personable approach and polite and courteous manner.
  • Team player with flexibility to cover holidays/absence.
