We are recruiting for our newest site in Swansea which is due to open in the coming months and we are looking for two Showroom Hosts to join the team.

This is a full-time role, with working hours on a rota basis, including some weekends with working no less than 30 hours a week. With this role there will also be the opportunity to increase hours on an ad hoc with offsite events.

The Showroom host will be the first point of contact for all customers arriving at the showroom. This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to answering incoming calls on a hand-held device professionally helping with all our customer's needs.

Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is essential. Previous experience within the motor trade would be beneficial but is not critical. If you are an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, are exceptionally organized and have a great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
