Showroom Ambassador

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Casual Showroom Host to join our team at Sinclair Group in Swansea. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a presence at the reception desk, answering calls efficiently, managing the customer experience, and liaising with sales and aftersales departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area and showroom throughout the day.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative, and multitask effectively. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and you should have strong computer skills. A polite and courteous manner, as well as a personable approach, are essential for building professional relationships with staff and customers.
