About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to join our UK-based team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and advising on legal matters.

Your primary focus will be on managing corporate legal matters, implementing FCA-driven policies, and negotiating commercial agreements with technology partners and vendors. You will also be instrumental in advising on legal risks associated with commercial transactions and proactively addressing potential legal challenges to protect the company's interests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services regulation, with experience advising and/or working for broker-dealers. You will have a solid understanding of UK securities laws and be able to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
