Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a high-performing team of Credit Controllers, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results-oriented behavior.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and present actionable insights to the Head of Operations.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective risk management.
  4. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve our operations.
Requirements
  1. Proven leadership experience in Credit Control, with a strong track record of driving performance and improving colleague engagement.
  2. Deep understanding of Invoice Finance, with a preference for candidates with specific Invoice Finance experience.
  3. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
