Job Details:
This full-time position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week. The pay structure includes:

  • Hourly rate of £11.50 PAYE or £14.66 per hour Umbrella.
  • Permanent salary range of £22,824 - £24,350 per annum.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in preventing homelessness among young individuals in independent living settings.
  • Enhanced DBS check covering both Child and Adult workforce is mandatory.
  • A valid UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Role Expectations:
In this role, you will:

  • Support young individuals in engaging with services and participating in assessments and support planning related to their health, wellbeing, and housing.
  • Collaborate with various professionals, including Clinical Psychologists and Occupational Therapists, to integrate comprehensive support plans.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to empower young individuals in understanding their recovery and self-care strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of housing and support needs to prevent homelessness effectively.
  • Ensure equitable access to services for young individuals facing discrimination due to mental health issues or substance misuse.
