Senior Tenancy Co-Ordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Tenancy Co-Ordinator to join our successful team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for proactively managing and processing tenancy renewals, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively manage and process tenancy renewals, ensuring timely and efficient completion of annual rent reviews and preparation of 'Best Price Guides' to support valuations.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
* Lead engagement with landlords regarding future plans for their properties/tenancies, advising on rental possibilities/market conditions, and agreeing instructions on how to move forward.
* Liaise with the New Business team to instruct properties to be remarketed at the end of a current tenancy, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
* Negotiate and agree renewal terms between landlords and tenants, preparing subsequent tenancy renewal agreements, Section 13 Notices, and Section 21 Notices.
* Oversee the signing/execution of these documents, primarily via e-signature software, and report on a weekly basis to the Lettings Director on the status of all tenancy renewals.

**Requirements:**

* Experience within lettings and specifically renewals/serving of notices and/or drawing up tenancy agreements is essential.
* Proven track record of achievement within customer service, with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
* Motivated to work to and exceed personal targets, with a strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
* Tenacious and driven individual who is not afraid of hard work, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Accurate, numerate, and computer literate, with some experience within the lettings industry.
