We are seeking a skilled Night Hygiene Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our factory.

  • This is a permanent opportunity working nights in a fast-paced environment.
  • The hours of work and shift patterns are 22:00pm to 06:00am, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
  • The rate of pay is: £13.20 per hour.
Main Responsibilities:

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas in accordance with our cleaning schedules.
  • Handling chemicals safely and responsibly when cleaning different areas, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Ensuring all equipment in the factory is cleaned to a high standard, with full training and PPE provided.
  • Meeting customer specifications for quality of cleaning standards, exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Completing daily hygiene control sheets and taking corrective action within agreed timescales.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and product quality standards.
  • Minimizing water usage and using chemicals at the correct concentration.
  • Working comfortably in confined spaces, at height, and in hot and cold environments.

  • Is comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take action and achieve results.

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
