Job Summary

Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing cases, providing expert advice and support to clients, and ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases, including some commercial conveyancing experience.
  • Provide precise, practical, and effective advice and support to clients and other team members.
  • Ensure efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in residential conveyancing.
  • A good level of experience in acting in residential conveyancing matters.
  • Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing, but this is not a prerequisite.
