Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.

About the Role: As a key member of our busy department, you will be responsible for managing a full conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and manage a full conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion.
  • Deal with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Work closely with clients to develop a close professional relationship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hybrid working arrangement available.
