Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Summary

Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team as a Residential Conveyancing Specialist. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, providing expert advice and support to clients, and ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, including residential sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on residential conveyancing matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on potential issues.
• Ensure efficient client representation, including communicating with clients, managing expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work closely with other members of the conveyancing team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
• Strong interest in residential conveyancing and a good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters.
• Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing, but this is not a pre-requisite of any application.
