Job Title: Block Manager

We are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our team in the Greater London area. As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the Greater London area
  • Ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard, including regular site inspections and monitoring of contractors' work
  • Assist in preparing and issuing service charge budgets, and liaise with internal accounts to ensure accurate financial management
  • Deal with clients' day-to-day issues, providing exceptional levels of service and resolving problems quickly and efficiently
  • Assist with Section 20 works, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and that clients are kept informed throughout the process
Requirements:
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Eager to provide exceptional levels of service to clients
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
  • Dealing with client's day-to-day issues to ensure a resolution in a quick and efficient manner
