We are seeking a Senior Director, Customer Experience and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our customer experience strategy, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer experience strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer experience initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our platform meets the needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide input and guidance on customer-facing initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
