Executive Assistant Opportunity

Career Legal is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic leading city law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA with prior experience supervising a team to take on a challenging and involved role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Finance teams to support the practice area
  • Manage and oversee a small PA team, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring adequate coverage during absences
  • Contribute to performance management, including organizing and overseeing the appraisal process
  • Identify areas where the team may be under-resourced
  • Liaise with other business services teams to ensure needs are met
  • Develop and implement reporting and project management strategies

To be considered for this role, you will have relevant EA experience within a law firm, with a proven track record of supervising and mentoring team members. Experience in project management and exposure to the overall running of a legal team would be highly desirable.
