Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team and lead the Listerine portfolio across our Nordic markets & Ireland. As a key member of our Oral Care Squad, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning

Develop and execute strategic plans for the Listerine portfolio in Nordic markets & Ireland, leveraging global strategy and working closely with the Regional Deployment team.

Creative Campaigns

Adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Listerine Brand Development Team.

Commercial Partnerships

Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges and drive opportunities to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

Innovation Pipeline

Shape and influence the innovation pipeline across the Nordic markets & Ireland, using analytical skills to size commercial and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Experienced (Assistant) Brand Manager with a strong track record of performance in an FMCG environment.

Skills

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing, and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements.

Personal Qualities

Can-do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way, identify creative solutions to challenges, and adapt plans as needed.
