About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Engineering and Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading projects to enhance plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes through data analysis and implement sustainable solutions to eliminate losses.
  • Lead and manage projects for the Production Department, utilizing resources on site to ensure successful completion.
  • Coach and train employees to embed solutions into the process and promote a culture of effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are maintained at agreed levels.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and proficiency in using engineering software.
