Role Overview:
The Concrete Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production of concrete in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Order Office, plant personnel, and clients to ensure concrete/mortar production aligns with customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce routine maintenance protocols to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the plant and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal, water discharge, and dust emissions.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee sufficient materials are available for production demands.
- Perform weekly visual stock checks and inspections of incoming materials.
- Enforce safety protocols for all employees, contractors, and visitors at the plant.
- Continuously evaluate work methods and plant utilization to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety regulations, to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance job performance and knowledge.
- Execute any additional duties as assigned by management.
Operational Duties:
- Effectively operate the batching plant and Front End Loader (FEL) in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized site and facilities.
- Accurately batch concrete/mortar following established procedures.
- Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the plant supervisor for monthly verification.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections, documenting any defects or necessary actions.
- Report any incidents that may impact health and safety, environmental standards, product quality, or service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
