Concrete Production Manager

We're seeking a proactive, hands-on Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Gloucester Plant. As a Supervisor, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site, playing a key part in our concrete production within the area. You'll ensure the site runs smoothly to meet the needs of our local customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batching concrete
- Ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Liaising with distribution teams and hauliers to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or environment
- Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual with good communication skills
- NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable
- Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount
