Job OpportunityWe're seeking a proactive and hands-on Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Gloucester Plant. As a Supervisor, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site and play a key part in our concrete production within the area.
Key Responsibilities- Batching concrete to meet customer needs
- Ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Liaising with distribution teams and hauliers
- Experience in a similar role or environment
- Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual
- NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable
- Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount
