Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Cavalry Global. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the kitchen, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Prepare and cook classic and contemporary Italian dishes, including fresh pasta and traditional sauces, to the highest standards.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs, sharing your expertise in Italian cooking techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in menu development, introducing seasonal and creative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in an Italian kitchen, with a strong track record of leadership and culinary expertise.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for training and developing junior chefs.
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in the UK.
