Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Cavalry Global. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and cook classic and contemporary Italian dishes, including fresh pasta and traditional sauces.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs, sharing your expertise in Italian cooking.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Assist in menu development, introducing seasonal and creative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in an Italian kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, especially in creating handcrafted pasta.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for training and developing junior chefs.
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in the UK.
