Moxie People is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead a Property and Asset Team for a Local Authority. As the Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-performance services, supporting policy development, and driving the continuous improvement of the Authorities housing property portfolio and associated assets.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Housing Property and Asset Team, with a team of 6 direct reports.
- Develop and implement an integrated asset management strategy.
- Efficiently manage repairs, maintenance services, and compliance.
- Effectively plan and execute programmed works and improvements.
- Regularly report on performance and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Competitive Day Rate: £500-525 per day.
- Contract Duration: 6+ months with potential for extensions or permanent employment.
