This role involves managing and improving key areas such as surveying, commercial property, car parking, and the Matford Centre & Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to optimise property performance and drive income generation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key areas of the Commercial Assets service
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in asset management and innovation
