Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:
Ensure a clean, inviting, and organized bar environment, which includes restocking supplies, maintaining sanitation standards for glassware and equipment, overseeing safe waste disposal, and complying with all health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:
Provide direction and support to a small team of bar staff, focusing on performance management and conflict resolution to foster a positive work atmosphere. This includes recruiting qualified personnel and managing their performance.

Staff Scheduling:
Responsible for creating cost-effective staff schedules that ensure adequate bar coverage during peak times, taking into account employee availability and preferences while adhering to employment laws.

Financial Oversight:
Assist in defining and managing the bar's budget effectively, which includes tracking expenses related to inventory and staffing, controlling costs, setting sales targets, and ensuring profitability.

Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage all bar supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels to meet demand without overspending or running out. This includes ordering new supplies, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Vendor Relations:
Play a crucial role in managing the bar's supply chain by negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, selecting high-quality products within budget, and ensuring timely deliveries. This involves building strong relationships with vendors to prioritize reliable product availability and fair pricing.

Sales Analysis:
Track sales trends and member preferences, such as popular beverages and peak traffic times, to identify potential areas for service or product enhancement.

Food and Beverage Coordination:
Collaborate with the catering team and club officials to develop a cohesive food and drink offering that aligns with member preferences and budget considerations.

Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing themed nights, live music events, or external gatherings, ensuring staff availability and working with the Social Secretary to promote events effectively.

Utilization of Technology:
Employ EPOS systems for efficient inventory management, sales tracking, staff scheduling, and report generation to identify trends and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Personal License:
Must hold a personal license.

Relevant Experience:
Significant experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management, ideally within private member clubs.

Technical Proficiency:
