About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver fitness programs and classes that meet the needs of our members
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Work closely with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and surrounding facilities
  • Assist with the induction and orientation of new members
Requirements
  • Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Compliance with company and legal guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
