About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Outreach Team in Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing psychological therapy, supervision, and service development to support the mental health needs of children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other psychologists and clinical team members.
  • Develop and implement policy changes within the area served by the team/service.
  • Engage in multi-agency work to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical/counseling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of CAMHS clients across various care settings.
  • Demonstrate further specialist training/experience through having received a minimum of 50 hours clinical supervision in a specific modality.
