Key Responsibilities of the Residential Care Services Manager:


Lead a dedicated team of care professionals who assist adults requiring specialized support during their transition from institutional care to a supported living setting.

Ensure the effective operation of this well-established service while maintaining compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory standards.
