Information Security Compliance Specialist
Hybrid Work Environment
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000
We are seeking an Information Security Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic internal security team within a prestigious consultancy. This role is pivotal in supporting the information security manager and collaborating with the broader CISO and IT departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine documentation, including information security policies, standards, training materials, and internal communications.
- Engage and work closely with essential stakeholders, including the CISO team, IT personnel, and business units.
- Ensure best practices in technical communication to enhance the accessibility of security policies.
- Oversee the documentation lifecycle, which includes creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving, as well as conducting testing and training related to the documentation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing, particularly in documentation, policy formulation, and standard development, with a solid grasp of technical writing principles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML.
- Comprehensive understanding of the information security landscape and relevant frameworks.
