We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetist to join our team as a Lead Anaesthetist. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of anaesthetic resources across the hospital.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in anaesthesia, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK. You will be a registered specialist with the GMC and have a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anaesthetic services to support elective orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, oral surgery, ophthalmology, gynaecology, pain services, and endoscopy.
- Manage anaesthetic resources across the hospital, working closely with our team of Consultants and the hospital's Medical Director.
- Contribute to the development of Clinical Quality Standards and participate in our audit and clinical governance programme.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
